Custom Canonical utilizes the Joomla Update System. This makes updating the extension simple.

Update steps

  1. Log into your Joomla administrator backend.
  2. In the top navigation bar click Extensions > Manage > Update.
  3. Find Custom Canonical in the list of extensions. If you don't see the extensions you were expecting click the Find Updates button in the toolbar.
  4. Check the box for Custom Canonical and then click the Update button in the toolbar. Joomla will then download and install the update automatically.
